Give Back This Christmas: Shoebox Sunday at Summit Church

This Christmas season, Summit Church is partnering with Samaritan’s Purse for Shoebox Sunday, an opportunity to share God’s love with children in need around the world. Through Operation Christmas Child, ordinary shoeboxes filled with toys, school supplies, and other essentials are delivered to children who may have never received a gift before, along with a clear presentation of the Gospel.

There are several ways you can participate:

  • Pack a Shoebox: Fill a box with items like a soccer ball, doll, or school supplies. Each box is a simple, tangible way to show a child that they are loved.

  • Make a Donation Online: If you’re unable to pack a box, your financial gift can help cover shipping and reach children across the globe.

  • Donate Supplies: Contributing items like stuffed animals, hygiene kits, or school supplies helps others fill shoeboxes and reach more children this season.

Can't shop for supplies, but still want the shoebox packing experience? Pack a shoebox online here!

Many children who receive these shoeboxes also have the chance to participate in The Greatest Journey, a 12-lesson discipleship program that encourages them to grow in faith.

Whether you pack a box, donate online, or give supplies, your participation makes a real difference. Together, we can bring hope, joy, and God’s love to children this Christmas.
